So apparently, the British Humanist Association's ads bearing the legend "If you're not religious, for God's sake say so." were, ridiculously, deemed "likely to cause widespread and serious offence". In a bid to demonstrate what adverts that may genuinely cause widespread and serious offence might look like, skeptical humorist blogger extraordinaire Crispian Jago came up with his own, and later tweeted asking for others to do the same. I thought it had to be done, so I offer you:

I shall be putting "heavy metal" on my religion box on the form. Means the same as they categorise it as no religion...
No it doesn't. You still won't count in the figures they use when comparing the number of religious people to the number of those without religion, as you have declared that you do have a religion, that you choose to call "heavy metal".
These numbers are used to substantiate all sorts of claims, and mostly it's a straight comparison between those who ticked "Christian" and those who ticked "None". A gag answer (including "jedi") is a wasted answer.
